3. Payment & Refunds:

• All services must be paid in full before screening is initiated

• Due to the nature of digital reports, no refunds are provided once a screening has started

4. Intellectual Property:

• All branding, text, and images on this site are the property of TenantVerifyPro and may not be copied without permission

5. Limitation of Liability:

• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the reports provided.
