  • You’ll receive the screening report within 12–24 hours after your tenant completes the form.

  • No. We’ve simplified the process so you can get started without signing up or creating an account. Just submit the details and we take care of the rest.

  • Each report includes a background check, credit report, eviction history, public records, and a professional summary.

  • Yes! Our screening service works for any property you manage or own. Just select the number of tenants you need screened.

  • You’ll get a link to submit your tenant's contact details. Then we’ll send them a secure form to fill out. Once they complete it, your report will be delivered in 12–24 hours.

  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after the screening has started, due to the digital nature of the reports.

  • We’ll follow up with your tenant directly. If they still don’t complete it, we can issue a partial credit so you can use the service for another tenant.
